ORDER LEAD TIME

In stock items will ship in 2-5 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. If your order is ready before the estimated date, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. We will email you with information when your order has been sent.

All Joanna Achkar Jewels purchases come in our signature Joanna Achkar Jewels packaging that includes a branded pouch. To receive your item in the branded Joanna Achkar Jewels box, kindly leave us a note at checkout or send an email at [email protected] with your order number and the item you wish to gift in a box.

DIAMOND CERTIFICATE

We offer a Diamond Certificate for every item purchased that can be added to any order. We will be sure to have the certificate ship with your designated item.

JEWELRY CARE

Fine jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. We recommend the following tips to keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Take off all your jewelry before your daily rituals such as washing your hands, putting on perfume, applying face cream, etc. These products may cause the metal to tarnish.
  • Take off all your jewelry before going to the gym, to the beach, swimming in the pool, or during any active sports. These environments could cause irreparable dents, scratches, or loosen diamonds.
  • Keep your jewelry away from chemicals including perfume, hair spray, cosmetics, lotion and household detergents.
  • Keep your jewelry away from sources of intense heat such as tanning beds, hot tubs, etc.
  • Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat.
  • For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.
  • If you have a fine jewelry piece that contains a pearl, extra care should be taken.

To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush and dish soap and gently scrub gold and diamonds. Do not clean pearls with any chemicals, abrasives or solvents. Joanna Achkar Jewels is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry and does not polish purchased jewelry.

MATERIALS USED

All Joanna Achkar jewelry is made of 18k gold and handset with single cut and/or full cut diamonds.
Our diamonds clarity ranges between SI2 to VS1.
